Thank you for shopping with CK ArtTech Creation®. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

 

1. Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

 • Made-to-order / customized products: May require 5–10 business days for production before dispatch.

 • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and delivery method.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Location Estimated Delivery Time

Within Karnataka 2–4 business days

Rest of India 4–7 business days

Remote locations 5–10 business days

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

 

        Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp containing your tracking number.

 Tracking details become active within 24 hours.

 

4. Packaging

   

 We take extra care in packaging fragile resin and 3D-printed products using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

 

However, once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner, handling is beyond our control.

 

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

 

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Order number

 

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment. 

That said, we will assist you in raising a claim with the courier whenever possible.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

 

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

 • The customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

 • We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.

 

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

 

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

After production or shipping begins, cancellations may not be possible.
