Returns and Refunds

- You must create a video showing the unboxing package within 24 hours of receipt.
- The video must clearly display the package, the unpacking process, and any visible damages to the product or packaging.
- Undamaged Condition:
- The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return Timeframe:
- You must request a return on the same day you receive your order.
How to Request a Return

Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets all conditions:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days will be refunded in 7-10 working days from the time of order cancellation.
- Please note that additional time may be required for your bank to process the refund .
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exceptions
Returns and refunds are not applicable to:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
- Products missing tags or original packaging.
- Items explicitly excluded from the return policy (e.g., custom or clearance items).
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item . Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Refund

Orders for products specially sourced or customized for you cannot be cancelled.

If the product has already been shipped, any cancellation request will be treated as a return.

The refund amount will be deducted for any shipping charges, transaction fees, or other direct expenses incurred for the original delivery.

- Returns or replacements will only be considered for defective products reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video displaying the defect is mandatory for processing the return or replacement request.
