You must create a video showing the unopened package within 24 hours of receipt.
The video must clearly display the package, the unpacking process, and any visible damages to the product or packaging.

The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Clearly state your reason for the return and include a link to the required unpacking video.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets all conditions:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that additional time may be required for your bank to process the refund .
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance Sale items cannot be refunded.

Returns and refunds are not applicable to:

Products that have been opened or used.
Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
Products missing tags or original packaging.
Items explicitly excluded from the return policy (e.g., custom or clearance items).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
